30 days to change your mind. If your item is unused, with the hygiene seal intact and in its original packaging, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — wherever you live.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you additionally have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your goods. Our 30-day promise gives you more time, not less.
For health and hygiene reasons, sealed intimate products can only be returned with the hygiene seal unbroken — this is the standard exception recognised by EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 38(5)). Faulty or incorrectly described items can always be returned, seal or no seal.
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery — we replace or refund immediately, no return shipment needed in most cases.
Refunds go back through the original payment method. Original shipping costs are refunded when the entire order is returned.
